I truly enjoyed that the room was tastefully decorated with WiFi, an LCD 17 "TV, good quality shower. The location was particularly good, at walking distance from a gothic-era cathedral. There were the main shopping center and shopping malls around the hotel.

I liked most things. I particularly liked the restaurant. The situation is very good, city centre quite close.

If you want a really quiet hotel in the centre of Leon, this is for you. The hotel is full of contemporary art and is beautifully furnished. A great place to stay if you want a city break, but a haven to come home to after a day of sight seeing or shopping. The staff are very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make your stay an enjoyable one. They are a wealth of knowledge about Leon city and the surrounding area. The rooms are clean and very quiet. The breakfast is delicious. We booked for one night , but have extended for the week, and would definately stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located just off the historical district, close to all major attractions in the center of Leon. The room was nicely decorated and had modern amenities like WiFi and a 17" LCD TV. The staff members were knowledgeable and efficient.

I got great value for my money at Crisol with a clean and comfortable room and excellent customer care from the staff. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the train station, historic district, and Camino de Santiago route.

There is no laundry service and hasn't been one for two years,yet it is still in the hotel description.A minor point but important when travelling.

The staff at Crisol was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. When we had a minor issue with the air conditioning, they immediately came to our room to fix it, ensuring we were comfortable. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of high-quality food options to choose from. The contemporary artwork displayed throughout the hotel added a unique and artistic touch. The location was perfect, centrally located but still peaceful and relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
